Where can I find your products?

Please use the form in the "Contact" section to let us know where you are looking for a retailer.  We will happily let you know the nearest store.

How can I become an approved Retailer?

Send us a message through our "Contact" page and we will respond with the necessary information to set up an account.

How do you ship to me?

Our preferred shipping methods are CanPar and Canada Post, billed to the recipient. However, we can also accomodate Purolator and other couriers.  Please note that there will be an extra shipping charge on COD orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, E-Transfer or Wire Transfer.

How do returns work?

Returns will be accepted only for damaged or incorrectly shipped goods.  All packaging must be unopened and in re-sellable condition (no price tags, or remnants, affixed.)  In order for us to accept a return, you must request a pre-authorized return number from Head Office. All incorrectly shipped goods must be reported to Head Office within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Do you have instructions for the Sno-Seal?

Yes, we have reproduced them on the bottom of the product page for Sno-Seal.

Do you sell a skate guard cutter?

For anyone who has to routinely cut plastic skate guards, a utility knife may not be the answer forever.  While we do not have a skate guard cutter for sale, we can recommend the "Tubing Cutter" made by Milwaukee Tool with part number 48-22-4202.
